3-0 yesterday.

One 7 PM Play:

Western Carolina (+11)
WCU has one man, Kevin Martin, who scored in the 30's at Georgia last Fri.

He may be enough to hang with the Big East's worst team.

More to come.

7:30 PM Play:

Buffalo (+13')
I know Rutgers is pretty good at home but Buffalo returns all 5 starters.
Last year freshmen and sophs played 83% of the total minutes. You have to think they will be better with more experience this year.

RU was 12th (out of 14) in the Big East in Scoring Off, FT % (65.7%) last in FG%, 11th in 3-pt (33.3%), 13th in rebound margin. You get the idea.

Rutgers is a very young team this year and I think the Buffalo Bulls plat them tough here.

8 PM Plays:

George Mason (+13')
GMU is predicted to win the CAA and their backcourt (Terry Reynolds, a Toledo transfer and Mark Davis) are projected to be All-CAA.

The Patriots went a respectable 16-12 last year with only 7 scholarship players.

I think Maryland is a little overvalued here.

Tulsa (+12)
John Phillips is a good developer of talent and even though he loses a lot, Tulsa should at least be a postseason team (probably NIT).

OU will struggle in their first few games with so many new faces playing. They did struggle versus Eastern Washington.

One more 8 PM Play:

Evansville (+18)
These 2 teams played just last Friday in Evansville and UIC won by 16 after trailing by 3 at half.

I think they will take Evansville lightly. UIC is a good club, but they have a "street-ball" mentality and I think they will try and show off too much and turn the ball over, which will lead the Aces to stay within the #.
